iceweasel's brand idea of the day;
since european thingies are all so much cooler and hipper and better than ours, why not an actual euro bar, or euro coffee house, that, in addition to having euro decor and euro snacks, also keeps euro hours.
seriously.
if most businesses open at, say, 9am PST, your local euro bakery opens at 1am, because they're 8 hours ahead of us. (never mind years in style, decades in tact and class, and centuries in architecture. or was that drafty, leaky mausoleums? whichever.)
go on, admit it. you'd shop there. because euro hours are sexier than ours.
